services-instructdesign-mainThe instructional design consultants at Grandberries Consulting Group create custom learning programs that meet your objectives, whether it's instructor-led training (ILT), web-based training (WBT) or computer-based training(CBT). Our instructional designers are knowledgeable about adult learning theories and how to apply the principles of instructional system and curriculum design.

Instructional Design is the systematic development of instructional materials using learning and instructional theory to ensure the quality of instruction. It is the entire process of analysis of learning needs and goals and the development of a delivery system to meet those needs. It includes development of instructional materials and engagement activities.

Whether you need a new course or require revisions to an existing content, our instructional designers can create engaging and effective learning programs. We have several years of experience creating needs assessment and analysis. We create task analyses, high-level design documents for content review sessions with our clients throughout the writing process. We also create impact assessment maps to evaluate the effectiveness of the course for ROI and training analytics purposes. We help you create success cases that allow you to see the return on the business and to share the results.
